1. Ticket Purchase and Use
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be allowed.
- Each ticket is valid for one person/group/as stated on the ticket and must be presented at the entrance for admission.
- Unauthorized duplication or resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited.
2. Admission
- The festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not complying with the festival rules, exhibiting inappropriate behaviour, or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
- Attendees must comply with all security procedures, including bag checks and personal searches.
3. Behaviour and Conduct
- Attendees must follow the instructions of festival staff and security at all times.
- Any form of aggressive or disruptive behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or violence, will result in immediate ejection from the festival without a refund.
4. Safety and Security
- Attendees are responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings. The festival is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are allowed on the festival premises.
- Children and adults are to be mindful of the Lake, and must supervise their children at ALL TIMES.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
- The festival reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue as necessary. Notice of any changes will be provided as soon as possible.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or government regulations, the festival is not liable for any refunds or compensation beyond the face value of the ticket.
6. Photography and Media
- By attending the festival, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Personal photography and videography are allowed for non-commercial use only. Any professional or commercial recording requires prior written permission from the festival organizers.
7. Health and Safety Regulations
- Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations, including any measures related to public health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19).

- The festival organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by attendees while on the festival premises.
